amazing! I think this feature is prominent enough to be highlighted in the README Quickstart section, maybe add it between the skeletonization and contact sites section?
something like:
Calibrate skeleton radii
The quick skeletonization process often yields biased radius estimates, you can use
sk.post.calibrate_radiito improve it:
